Introduction

For several years now, the European Group for Public Administration and the International Institute of Administrative Sciences have decided to develop a dialogue in the Mediterranean.

In order to share experiences, traditions, cultures, and to report on developments in public management across the two shores of the Mediterranean, we have established a constructive dialogue on various common issues: the MED (Euro-Mediterranean Dialogue on Public Management).

This dialogue has also allowed us to establish partnerships necessary to the emergence of a platform for discussion that we then extended to the Arab countries to strengthen its geopolitical relevance.

Recent events in many countries of the region, known as the Arab Spring, have strengthened our commitment to this dialogue and strengthen this exchange space.

The various initiatives and events organised in this framework deserve a special highlight.

We took the opportunity of the visit of Basel Natsheh to the IIAS for a short internship prepared under the initiative of the Young Leaders of the Mediterranean and the organiation in October the 6th Euro-Mediterranean Dialogue public Management. to dedicate a Focus on developments in the region

The wholeKnowledge Portal team was mobilised to offer you this opportunity for sharing your experiences:
