Launch of the 9th CPSI Public Sector Innovation Awards – The 9th CPSI Public Sector Innovation Awards Programme was launched on 17 March 2011 in Durban. The launch featured a previous winning project from the province, a project driven by the innovative team at the KZN Road Traffic Inspectorate. This team is leading the way in innovative traffic management and their latest innovation, Computerised Smart Roadblocks, is but one example of numerous award-winning initiatives.
